Summary

The job is for a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ThoroughCare, Inc., a leading provider of care management solutions in the healthcare industry. The BDR will be responsible for generating new business, defining sales programs, and contributing cross-functionally to maximize growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling in healthcare markets
  • Demonstrated experience establishing best-in-class products for supporting the patient care continuum
  • Proven experience successfully leading in an organization experiencing the changes that is inherent at a fast-growing and constantly evolving company
  • Demonstrated tenacity in introducing a new market profile into an established environment
  • Must possess or have willingness to become proficient in the understanding of current HCIT platforms in use to manage risk and drive overall health outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Implement predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales processes using data
  • Partner with the senior team members to define go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to continuously update the ThoroughCare distinctive competencies
  • Communicate brand positioning and thought leadership to build awareness with prospective customers, industry analysts and influencers
  • Educate and extend ThoroughCareโ€™s knowledge base and expertise consistently by promoting its value with active market opportunities
  • Lead all stages of key โ€˜must winโ€™ deals
