Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably native English speakers or someone with the ability to converse with a neutral accent
  • Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven to reach success
  • Ability to maintain work ethics whilst handling a remote role
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours a week and be able to work according to EST hours
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation through cold calling
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to result in positive closures
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously
  • Be smart / sharp to analyze and pick the right prospective leads which will result in a positive closure through situational approach in convincing the potential customer

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or Sale & Marketing role is a definite advantage
