Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a technology-driven environment
• Proven track record of successfully executing business strategies, particularly those involving AI or complex technology implementations
• Strong interpersonal and management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Familiarity with the AI and Web3 ecosystem
• Ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and updates of DFINITY's AI strategy
• Coordinate the implementation of AI initiatives across all relevant functions
• Develop detailed execution plans, timelines, and KPIs for AI-related projects
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strategic partnerships
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape
• Represent DFINITY's AI initiatives at industry events, conferences, and in discussions with potential partners
