Business Operations Associate

Summary

Join ReadMe as a Business Operations generalist and bring high-growth SaaS operating expertise to a beloved developer brand. This role combines experience scaling operations for fast-growing B2B products with a product-led team helping companies create amazing developer experiences.

Requirements

• Passionate about operations and optimizing efficiency at a rapidly growing startup that developers love
• An analytical problem solver. You’ll help promote a culture of data driven decision making and first principles problem solving to help us reach our business goals
• Experienced in supporting people and revenue operations systems at a B2B SaaS company. Bonus points if you’re familiar with developer tools and APIs!
• Familiar with go-to-market SaaS tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, and Intercom
• Comfortable doing a range of tasks and being a true generalist. No problem is too large or too small and you’ll touch all functions of the company
• Excited to partner with other ReadMe teams to provide organization, structure, and analytical support on strategic objectives across the company

Responsibilities

• Empower our customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience) with the tools, technology, and systems to do their best work
• Support internal processes that enable our employees to succeed and ensure compliance as we scale (things like recruiting, onboarding to offboarding, HRIS management, and more)
• Build out analytics reporting infrastructure to develop insights from financial, customer, and product data to inform critical business decisions
• Help prepare investor updates and board decks to communicate business performance and trends, and add a few dashes of whimsy along the way
• Strategize and implement SaaS best practices to drive growth and help us scale — whether it’s ideal billing flow, or improving pricing and packaging offerings for customers
• Assist with process improvements aimed at optimizing workflows and enhancing the efficiency of our partnership programs
• Collaborate with other teams at ReadMe to help drive strategic initiatives and special projects
