Summary

Requirements
- Proven experience using low-code/no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of business process mapping and workflow automation
- Demonstrated experience integrating multiple systems and APIs (e.g., Jira, Slack, Notion) to build cohesive automation solutions
- Familiarity with document processing methods and the challenges of automating data extraction and review
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation workflows
- A keen eye for security best practices and data privacy concerns, especially when handling sensitive documents
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working across teams
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map out existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation
- Design and build robust automation workflows using low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n) to streamline tasks such as secure document processing, data extraction, and answer generation
- Develop solutions that allow users to interact with automated systemsβfor example, uploading documents, reviewing AI-generated content, and manually correcting or approving outputs
- Integrate various third-party applications and data sources (e.g., Jira, Slack, Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, BigQuery, Notion, etc) to create seamless, end-to-end workflows
- Configure triggers, actions, and data flows that ensure information is reliably processed and validated across systems
- Automate alerting and review processes so that users are notified when workflows complete and require human intervention
- Ensure that all automation workflows adhere to strict security standards, especially when handling sensitive documents and data
- Work closely with security teams to implement best practices for data encryption, access control, and secure API integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI or machine learning integrations, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) and data extraction
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and how it can complement low-code solutions
