Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Solution Manager or in a similar position in a Software House
- Build positive relationships with clients and ensure high-quality services
- Resolve clients' problems and drive optimal solutions
- Gather and analyze clients' business needs
- Translate client needs into actionable business solutions
- Prepare offers and tender documentation (e.g., RFP, RFI) for clients interested in technological transformation, IT products, services or solutions
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling offers
- Present offers and negotiate terms with clients
- Monitor the market, trends and competition to improve the company's tender strategy
- Experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of the software development process and methodology
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional presentations and advising clients on IT solutions
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- Willingness to travel for business trips occasionally
- Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required
Responsibilities

- Create strategic offers that stand out from the competition
- Create standard offering focusing on value proposition for targeted markets
- Pitch our solutions to clients, earning their trust, and fostering engagement
- Collaborate with top specialists, exchanging knowledge and sharing expertise
- Foster evolution of the offering team and bidding process. Support the growth of the offering team and optimize the bidding process
- Continuously refine and improve the offering process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
