Requirements

• 3+ years of marketplace or account management experience in an e-commerce organization
• Proven track record of driving high-impact business opportunities and managing cross-functional projects
• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments, with the ability to travel within the US and China

Responsibilities

• Own P&L management, achieving GMV and profitability goals while ensuring accurate monthly reporting in partnership with Accounting and Finance
• Serve as the primary POC and SME for Channels, handling KPI analysis, Weekly Business Review presentations, and maintaining cross-functional documentation
• Identify and execute strategic programs to drive market share growth, collaborating internally and externally to ensure accountability and track KPIs
• Enhance Channel operations by resolving challenges, creating scalable SOPs, and maintaining top Channel Performance scores while reducing costs
• Develop and implement growth strategies, including assortment expansion, partnership opportunities, and long-term Joint Business Plans with Channel and leadership teams
