• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with SOULCHI's mission
• Lead the development of investment plans and financial models to support fundraising efforts
• Oversee the creation of accurate budgets and financial forecasts
• Establish robust financial reporting mechanisms to provide transparent insights into the financial health of the organization
• Collaborate with the executive team to prepare for fundraising activities
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges
• Optimize cash flow management to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial goals, providing regular updates and insights
