Client Operations Associate

Join our team as a Client Operations Associate and play a pivotal role in guiding, analyzing, and improving operational efficiency through informed decision-making based on comprehensive data analysis.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience in client operations, business analysis, or a similar role
• Proven experience working with large datasets and generating reports, dashboards, and insights
• Experience with data visualization tools such as AWS Quick Sights, Tableau, etc
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and business intelligence tools
• Strong proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with data management practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of information
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from operational data
• Experience in performing strategic analysis and making actionable recommendations based on data findings
• Excellent communication skills to effectively present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and maintain internal business operations data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for all stakeholders
• Develop and implement dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, providing insights into business performance
• Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, translating findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for process improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and client engagement, to gather data requirements and align on operational goals
• Identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven solutions, recommending changes to workflows and processes as needed
• Prepare and present data findings and strategic recommendations to the Director of Client Operations and other senior leaders, facilitating informed decision-making
• Support various projects related to data analysis and operational enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall business objectives
