Summary
Join Accesa as a Client Partner Lead for the Financial Services & Insurance segment, where you will be responsible for driving client strategy, managing relationships, and ensuring revenue growth. You will own the strategy, revenue goals, and client relationships across your portfolio, building and maintaining long-term partnerships. You will also lead a team of Client Partners, supporting them in developing account strategies and meeting performance goals. This role requires deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, proven client relationship management skills, and experience leading and coaching teams. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to shape the strategic direction of Accesa's initiatives in the Financial Services & Insurance space.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in the IT sector, specifically in Financial Services and/or Insurance, keeping up with market evolution, regulatory changes, and sector best practices
- Capable of translating market data, client feedback, and emerging tech trends into a clear strategy for the industry segment
- Track record in building trust-based relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high client satisfaction
- Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching teams, with a focus on consultative sales, account management, and collaborative problem-solving
- Adept at influencing senior stakeholders (both internal and client-side), creating concise presentations, and delivering persuasive proposals
- Familiar with delivery lifecycles, from requirements analysis to go-live, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Effective in navigating large, complex organizations, prioritizing multiple stakeholders, and resolving escalations proactively
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) industry strategy, aligning with market trends, regulations, and technologies
- Act as a thought leader, representing Accesa in external forums and shaping industry positioning
- Own strategic client relationships, ensuring proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic alignment
- Develop and maintain client plans that focus on long-term growth, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and pipeline management
- Oversee sales and proposal development, ensuring offers are aligned with client needs, profitability targets, and compliance
- Partner with Delivery to manage project scope, pricing, and overall account profitability
- Lead and coach a team of Client Partners, building capabilities in strategic account management and consultative selling
- Drive performance through clear goals, feedback cycles, and professional development
- Manage budgets, ensure accurate CRM reporting, and foster a data-driven approach to decision-making and forecasting
- Implement continuous improvement based on client feedback and internal evaluations
- Monitor and improve client satisfaction metrics, facilitating executive-level reviews and governance sessions
- Support delivery handovers and turn satisfied clients into advocates through references and co-marketing
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient in German and English (written and spoken) is strongly preferred for engaging with diverse client portfolios
