Requirements
- 5 years of experience in post-harvest industry or fruit trading or agrochemicals
- Experience in sales or commercial position (at least 3 years)
- Great communication skills
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
- Native Polish
- Ability to self-start, set up goals, and execute
- Pro-active attitude and willingness to impact an international and dynamic organization
- Open to frequent business trips
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts and VIP customers
- Establishing contacts with key influencers (advisers, retailers, traders, service providers)
- Managing the commercial relationship with the customers and stakeholders in Poland and with local distributors in other countries
- Organizing pre-commercial trials of Fresh Inset solutions on every new crop together with the Technical R&D Manager
- Supporting market analysis to estimate the potential and the needs on every crop in order to guide the development in the region
- Finding new opportunities for 1-MCP and Fresh Inset product portfolio
- Preparing sales forecasts and contributing to planning processes such as S&OP, budgeting, and mid-term planning
- Organizing launch events and wrap-up sessions and preparing commercial brochures with the help of the marketing agency - defining related budget
- Monitoring and managing customers' claims, problems, unpaid bills. Coordinating the Customer Service support
- Building a Technical Support network to develop new crops and applications and drive sales
