Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, data analysis, strategy, or a related role, ideally within tech or healthcare
  • Excel at managing complex analytical and operational projects from start to finish
  • Are resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented, finding opportunities where others see challenges
  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy tackling unfamiliar problems with a strategic mindset
  • Are highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple moving pieces

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline coverage, SLAs, and OKR tracking to support informed decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across Headway to streamline workflows, enhance processes, and support key initiatives
  • Own critical operational processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Partner with leadership on strategic projects to address emerging needs and opportunities
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and share learnings across the team
