Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B communications or content creation experience
• Exceptional writing skills, with a track record of simplifying technical concepts
• A portfolio showing versatile content across digital channels

Responsibilities

• Own all external written communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality across channels (website, email, blog, social, partner comms)
• Develop brand voice guidelines and editorial processes that can scale with our growth
• Craft persuasive content that turns technical features into compelling business benefits for B2B audiences
• Oversee technical documentation by working with subject matter experts to produce clear, accurate resources that fit our brand identity

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B messaging and partner/channel communications background
• Editorial planning and content distribution expertise
• Video and scripting capabilities
• Experience using AI writing tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Writer etc.)
