Summary

The Consumer Engagement Specialist will develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns for Mutual of Omaha Mortgage and Keller Home Loans, strategizing, planning, and managing daily efforts to engage various target audiences. The role involves using analytics tools to measure ROI, handling multiple projects simultaneously, building and executing campaigns, implementing A/B testing, monitoring performance, reporting results, providing creative direction, and acting as a lead specialist for other email and SMS marketing positions.

Requirements

• Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing
• Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices
• Excellent project management skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in campaign execution and reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as a power user of email and SMS marketing platforms
• Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
• Strategize, plan, and manage the day-to-day content of email marketing initiatives
• Build and execute email and SMS campaigns
• Develop, execute, and analyze email and SMS automation workflows
• Implement and analyze A/B testing to optimize email and SMS performance and engagement
• Monitor, track, and report on email and SMS campaign performance
• Regularly present campaign performance reports, updates, and insights to Marketing Managers and other stakeholders
• Audit email and SMS content to ensure accuracy of links, landing pages, and tracking parameters
• Use email and SMS analytics to continuously improve processes and procedures
• Act as the lead specialist for other email and SMS marketing positions, offering guidance and direction as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or mortgage industry preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
