Summary

Join Keeper Security as their Manager of Consumer Marketing to lead and shape the consumer marketing strategy, implement innovative campaigns, and directly impact the success of a globally trusted cybersecurity application. This 100% remote position (with hybrid options near Chicago) offers the chance to oversee critical growth initiatives, craft acquisition strategies, optimize campaigns, and launch innovative marketing programs. You will leverage growth hacking, digital marketing expertise, and consumer behavior understanding to scale the customer base. The role requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Keeper Security offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with resources and support to execute bold ideas.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of growth marketing experience in global consumer SaaS, with a proven track record of acquiring users at scale and driving ARR growth
  • 3+ years of experience owning the consumer strategy at a high-growth technology company
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing, CRO, A/B testing and analytics to drive measurable results
  • Strong ability to lead, prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
  • Experience with consumer engagement platforms (Braze, Iterable, etc.), Apple Search Ads, paid social and influencer marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the overarching consumer marketing strategy, driving growth through innovative campaigns, data-driven decisions and impactful user acquisition programs
  • Build and execute full-funnel, multi-channel user acquisition strategies to drive registrations, conversions and ARR growth. This includes expanding the ARR of current paid users through promotion of add-ons
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments across web, email, app store and in-app channels to continuously optimize performance. Measure and analyze results to improve KPIs such as LTV, CAC, ARR and LTV:CAC ratios
  • Monitor acquisition metrics, identify opportunities and make data-backed recommendations to optimize campaign performance and efficiency
  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels globally, including Apple Search Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO) and email
  • Regularly report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
