Requirements

• Experience consistently publishing impactful and engaging written content on the internet
• Exceptional and proven researching and editing skills
• Ability to work with data and incorporate it into stories
• Experience in cryptocurrency/web3 industries
• Self-starter and the ability to follow your nose with a genuine interest and passion for emerging technologies
• Relationship builder, with the ability to easily and quickly establish credibility and rapport with key stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Write and publish original, well-researched content weekly, covering product updates, ecosystem highlights, and educational pieces
• Produce a high-quality bi-weekly newsletter to engage and inform our audience
• Collaborate on social media content, including threads and short-form posts
• Create compelling materials for product launches, updates, and announcements
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible and engaging content for non-technical audiences
• Highlight Caldera’s partnerships, ecosystem activities, and industry impact through engaging narratives
• Support speaker applications and thought leadership initiatives by helping us craft persuasive and impactful submissions
• Work closely with the marketing, product, BD and growth teams to align strategy with broader goals
• Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms
• Keep on the pulse of the latest narratives and technical developments in the crypto and blockchain industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Ethereum, rollups or the Web3 ecosystem
• Experience with SEO or content performance analytics
