Summary

Join Wodify's growing marketing team as their Content Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Brand and Communications. You will contribute to enhancing Wodify's content strategy, creating engaging content across various channels (whitepapers, ebooks, blog posts, social media, email marketing), and leveraging AI tools for efficient content generation. Responsibilities include managing Wodify's social media presence, optimizing website content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also contribute to broader marketing initiatives and stay updated on industry trends. This role requires 4+ years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing, a strong content portfolio, proven AI tool proficiency, excellent writing and editing skills, and familiarity with relevant software and analytics tools. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing, including at least 2 years of content creation and management
  • Strong portfolio of long-form and short-form content: ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, social media, case studies that have been written/created by you
  • Proven ability to work with AI tools to create meaningful, brand-aligned content
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Experience in fitness, CrossFit, boutique fitness, martial arts, or related industries
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Figma, and the Adobe Suite
  • SEO fluency and familiarity with content performance analytics
  • Proactive, curious, and creative—you’re excited to take initiative and try new things
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field—or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Input on content strategy: Work with our Director of Brand and Communications, Growth Marketing Manager, and Product Marketing Manager to continuously improve Wodify’s content strategy and planning
  • Create compelling content: Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies—including whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, blog posts, social media, and email marketing—that reflect our brand voice and deliver clear, interesting, and accessible messaging for our SMB audience
  • Be an expert in leveraging AI as a partner: Use tools like ChatGPT and others to generate high-quality content efficiently. Your expertise in prompt crafting will help maintain a strong editorial standard while streamlining the content creation process
  • Own social media: Manage Wodify’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels. You’ll craft and schedule company posts, engage our community, and help amplify the voices of our leadership within the fitness industry—with support from our creative team to help bring content to life visually
  • Keep the website competitive: Take ownership of website content updates, ensuring all pages are SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with our messaging strategy
  • Use data to evaluate your work: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine content for engagement, SEO, and lead generation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to support communications and integrated campaigns
  • Contribute beyond content: While content will be your core focus, you’ll also take an active role in broader marketing initiatives—ranging from event production support to creative brainstorms, campaign execution, and beyond. You’ll thrive by staying nimble, collaborating across functions, and bringing an all-hands-on-deck mindset to whatever the moment calls for
  • Stay on trend: Keep up with the latest developments in fitness, marketing, and technology to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and forward-looking
