Requirements
- Demonstrated 6+ years experience in content marketing, showcasing the ability to effectively leverage content for audience engagement and traffic generation
- Proficiency in developing diverse content formats, such as articles, thought leadership reports, fact sheets, landing pages, and sales enablement materials, for B2B audiences
- A strong analytical mindset with experience in defining, tracking, and interpreting content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, leads, conversions)
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage priorities and delegate effectively
- A highly motivated and adaptable individual, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and a flexible workload
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling content that aligns with the overall business objectives and content themes
- Write and create a variety of content across the customer journey; thought-leadership reports, guides, videos, blog posts, landing pages, editorial content with PR, script writing for video and/or radio, and paid & organic social content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, website, sales, marketing) across the business to drive projects forward and meet deadlines
- Review and edit content created by other team members or external contributors to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives
- Analyze content performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and continually optimize content strategies for maximum impact
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices in content marketing, and emerging media technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and their application to optimize content for organic reach
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is beneficial
