Requirements

3+ years of experience in content marketing within a B2B tech organization (cybersecurity experience is a massive plus)

Responsibilities

  • Write and produce content for marketing initiatives, including translating complex cybersecurity and technical concepts into engaging blogs, reports, video scripts, infographics, and other multi-media formats
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and DataDome Advanced Threat Research to help them produce technical content including product pages, briefs, and threat reports
  • Plan and update the content calendar, ensuring content ties back to key objectives and themes
  • Efficiently manage and respond to incoming content requests
  • Monitor main trends and topics of interest for our personas: fraud and security leaders, CTOs, and CISOs
  • Maintain sales enablement content, including slide decks and one-pagers
  • Monitor and optimize content performance metrics to refine strategies
  • Track and report content metrics, making recommendations to increase our contentโ€™s usage and impact
  • Manage and enhance our global library of standard content, including (but not limited to) blog posts, reports, briefs, customer stories, decks, scripts, messaging frameworks, webinars, and videos
  • Maintain a scalable, repeatable process for content input, development, and reviews, including coordinating internal and external resources to ensure content meets quality standards and deadlines
  • Manage writing guidelines to ensure consistency across channels
  • Brief and guide agency partners or internal creative teams to develop high-quality deliverables that abide by our brandโ€™s tone of voice
  • Contribute to building templates and processes to promote self-service and communication best practices across the organization (e.g., turning content into actionable snippets, quotes, social media assets, etc.)
  • Support ABM marketing campaigns and thematic planning tied to product launches and industry trends
  • Conduct research, interviews, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams to uncover and craft compelling narratives
  • Work closely with freelance writers and AI tools to scale content production efficiently
  • Utilize tools like Asana, Notion, Canva, and Figma to streamline content development and delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content marketing for B2B tech with large enterprise customers
  • A strong track record of managing content for multiple audiences and channels, preferably at a high-growth, technology company: shaping messaging, supporting campaigns, and writing stories for technical personas
  • You are a natural storyteller with exceptional writing, editing, and visual communication skills, with a talent for expressing complex ideas in simple, but not simplistic copy
  • Excellent project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
  • You enjoy staying up to date on the latest use of AI to create content, including creating custom GPT models
  • You stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify fresh content opportunities at each stage of the funnel
  • You have a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact content assets
  • You have a deep understanding of ABM strategies, UX best practices, and conversion-focused content creation
  • You have experience loading content into Content Management Systems, such as WordPress, and adhere to best practices for SEO and content optimization
  • You are proficient in tools like WordPress, Canva, Figma, Asana, and Notion, with a strong eye for design and branding
  • You are used to managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
  • You have experience identifying trends and extracting actionable insights from content performance analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, Hotjar, etc
