Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Contract Management, Deal Desk initiatives, business development, business strategy, and risk assessment roles
  • Experienced as part of a Deal Desk team is mandatory
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract administration or management
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify risks and discrepancies in contracts
  • Self-starter who enjoys building relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to simplify complex business terms and scenarios
  • Should be adept at distilling intricate business concepts and scenarios into clear, comprehensible terms
  • Energic individuals who pride themselves on establishing partnerships and customer relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal
  • Evaluate and update contract management workflows to remove inefficiencies and ensure faster turnaround times
  • Conduct preliminary risk assessments on contract terms and conditions, identifying potential pitfalls and mitigating risks
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records for auditing and reporting purposes
