Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in fields such as Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, customer service, sales, training or another related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the creation of the annual Pivot marketing plan
• Generate impactful content for multiple corporate marketing strategies
• Manage and coordinate all activities and processes associated with implementing lead generation and content marketing campaigns
• Maintain corporate marketing processes and workflows
• Deliver concise updates on marketing campaigns to the appropriate Pivot team members
• Oversee and execute both internal and external communications strategies
• Manage marketing section of HubSpot CRM
• Manage and coordinate Pivot’s external association/organization activities
• Manage Pivot social media corporate marketing activities
• Analyze campaign results and present to all key stakeholders
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets for all corporate marketing initiatives and business unit-specific programs
• Deliver all marketing activity within approved budget
• Serve as the main point of contact for managing logistics related to our industry association memberships and partnerships
• Manage and coordinate activities associated with Pivot’s presence at events
