Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the gaming and online sportsbook industry and specific expertise in the Mexican market
• LATAM markets iGaming knowledge is considered an advantage
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets within the gaming sector
• Strong analytical prowess, adept at translating data and market insights into strategic decisions
• Comprehensive understanding of the Mexican gaming landscape, player preferences, and industry trends

Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, player behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and market differentiation
• Devise and execute targeted marketing and player acquisition campaigns to attract and retain a dedicated user base
• Develop and implement player retention strategies to foster loyalty and engagement
• Utilise player data and behavior analysis to refine retention strategies, including tailored offers and incentives
• Monitor player feedback and reviews to pinpoint areas for enhancement and enrich the overall gaming experience
• Manage country-specific P&L, taking charge of revenue and profitability targets
• Conduct regular P&L reviews, identify gaps, and devise action plans for performance improvement
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure gaming products and marketing campaigns comply with industry standards
• Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities in the Mexican iGaming market
