Summary
Join a fast-growing performance marketing agency and lead the creative department as Creative Director. You will own the creative strategy for multiple DTC brands across various digital channels, leading and inspiring a team of designers and content creators. Collaborate with other departments and clients to develop high-impact digital content that drives performance. Oversee asset development and ensure alignment with brand and KPIs. Present creative concepts and guide creative testing frameworks, using data to optimize output. Mentor the creative team and provide constructive feedback. Requirements
- 6+ years of creative experience in an agency or performance-focused environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- A conceptual thinker and storyteller with a strong design and/or copy background
- Deep understanding of what performs on platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email, and beyond
- Experience building and managing creative teams and collaborating across departments
- Able to present ideas with confidence and translate feedback into actionable guidance
- Obsessed with blending creative quality with performance metrics—design that not only looks good, but works hard
Responsibilities
- Own the creative strategy for multiple DTC brands across paid media, social, email, and site
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators from concept to execution
- Collaborate with media strategists, account managers, and clients to develop ideas that drive performance
- Oversee asset development for ads, landing pages, emails, and campaigns—ensuring every piece aligns with the brand and KPIs
- Present creative concepts internally and to clients with clarity and confidence
- Guide creative testing frameworks and use performance data to optimize and evolve creative output
- Mentor the creative team with clear feedback, creative leadership, and a passion for growth
