You will build and maintain systems, tools, and workflows, implement project tracking and asset management, and optimize review and approval processes. Requirements
- 6-8+ years experience in creative or marketing operations roles, ideally at a high-growth startup
- Proven track record implementing systems and workflows from the ground up
- Deep understanding of in-house creative team dynamics and cross-functional needs
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Linear)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive team-wide adoption of new processes
- Comfort working autonomously and proactively in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Ability to translate strategic goals into scalable, tactical execution plans
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain systems, tools, and workflows that streamline collaboration between creative and marketing teams
- Implement and manage project tracking, asset management, and content rights systems to ensure visibility, organization, and compliance
- Design and optimize review, approval, and intake processes that enable speed without sacrificing quality
- Support resource allocation, capacity planning, and project scoping across a multi-disciplinary team
- Identify and drive operational efficiencies through automation, documentation, and continuous process improvement
