Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Ecommerce/DTC marketing
- Proficiency in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and Ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for crafting compelling messaging and storytelling that resonates with target audiences
- Solid understanding of direct response principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, and Ecommerce analytics
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools for optimizing website performance and user experience
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive Ecommerce strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results
- Leverage market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the Ecommerce/DTC space
- Lead the development of creative assets, including website content, product descriptions, ad copy, email campaigns, and landing pages, optimized for performance and conversions
- Design and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging data-driven insights and segmentation techniques to target high-value audiences
- Develop and optimize Ecommerce funnels, ensuring a seamless and frictionless user experience from discovery to purchase
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to track campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing spend
- Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in Ecommerce, performance marketing, and direct response to continuously enhance strategy and execution
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader within the organization, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders
