Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Braze, managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proven expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing, driving customer engagement, growth, and conversions through data-focused strategies
- Strong technical proficiency, with demonstrable experience in API and webhook integrations for real-time campaign triggers
- Proficiency in leveraging Braze’s advanced features (e.g., liquid logic and dynamic content) and integrating with external systems
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and performance optimization
- Proven project management abilities and a track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- A meticulous focus on QA and technical detail, ensuring flawless campaign execution and seamless system integration
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in Braze, managing email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, landing pages, and social communications
- Develop and deploy automated customer journeys, including AI optimizations, webhook and API-triggered campaigns, to drive registration growth and conversion
- Leverage advanced Braze capabilities (e.g., liquid logic and dynamic content) to implement personalized, scalable messaging
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, clinical, product, analytics, engineering, and creative) to design robust audience segmentation, campaign triggers, and technical integrations
- Oversee the communications intake process and maintain a monthly campaign calendar to ensure alignment with business priorities
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party tools, supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives with seamless API integrations
- Implement rigorous A/B testing, QA processes, and performance tracking—monitoring key lifecycle KPIs (registrations, conversion rates, open rates, CTRs, and engagement) to optimize campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical issues, partnering with Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to resolve integration challenges and ensure data integrity
- Build, maintain, and optimize email templates, landing pages, and integration endpoints to deliver a seamless user experience
- Provide training and technical guidance to internal teams on Braze best practices and leveraging API/webhook integrations
- Additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and other digital marketing technologies is a plus
