Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, with a strong focus on email marketing
  • Proficient in CRM tools and email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement and a track record of driving successful CRM initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies with a primary focus on email marketing to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with the B2B content team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all CRM channels
  • Analyse customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including planning, execution, segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Work closely with the product, sales and customer success teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives and customer needs
  • Support the integration of additional CRM channels such as SMS, in-app messaging, and product notifications to enhance customer communication
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our CRM efforts remain innovative and effective
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of CRM and other stakeholders on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the tech industry, particularly in B2B marketing, is highly desirable
