Requirements
- Passionate about Pepperโs mission to redefine body standards
- 3+ years of Email, Lifecycle or CRM Marketing experience at a fast-growing ecommerce company with high SKU count
- Experienced with Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Analytics
- Strong understanding and ownership of CRM KPIs
- Data-driven, performance mindset with ability to proactively present risks, opportunities and solutions
- Customer obsessed curious for how to solve our customersโ problems through content
- Goal-oriented, cool under pressure and strives for continuous improvement
- Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and comfortable rolling up sleeves
- Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive and effective CRM programs, automations and campaigns to drive business objectives
- Own CRM calendar and collaborate with Brand Marketing and Creative teams to develop engaging, cohesive content
- Optimize and A/B test customer lifecycle flows to continuously maximize revenue and engagement opportunities
- Report on performance of programs and campaigns and deliver actionable insights through your analysis
- Utilize advanced data analytics to identify customer insights, trends, and opportunities for improving customer retention and loyalty. Turn transactional data into meaningful customer cohorts (e.g. RFM tiers, personas, lifecycle stages, etc.) into strategies that accelerate the growth of LTV
- Help support execution and expansion of Loyalty program and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Maintain relationships with account representatives to ensure we are taking advantage of all available features and capabilities
