Join Washmen, a leading mobile laundry app in the UAE, as the CRM Manager. You will develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to build stronger customer connections and maximize sales. Your responsibilities include creating and executing CRM strategies, managing lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging customer data for segmentation, collaborating with various teams, and analyzing campaign performance. This role requires a hands-on approach and data-driven decision-making to improve customer loyalty and drive repeat business. Requirements
Self-starter with excellent time management skills, capable of working independently and driving projects forward proactively
Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aimed at improving customer loyalty and driving repeat business
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and implement strategies to address gaps
- Design, manage, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns on Leanplum across channels, including email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Ensure campaigns are personalized, relevant, and aligned with customer segments
- Leverage customer data to identify key segments, behaviors, and preferences
- Continuously refine segmentation strategies to deliver tailored messages and offers based on feedback from customers done through CRM insight goals
- Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to ensure a unified customer experience
- Partner with creative teams to produce compelling CRM content that resonates with target audiences
- Monitor key CRM metrics - churn rates, retention rates, customer LTV and use them as a basis to drive your new campaign ideation / implementation
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
