Requirements

• Excellent Greek language skills at a level of V2 or above
• Strong understanding of Ukrainian language
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken form
• Empathy and the ability to understand and help clients resolve their issues
• Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, providing support and guidance on product-related issues
• Increase client usage of the service by consulting on its features and creating job descriptions for maximum appeal to potential candidates
• Create a positive client experience, including those who have previously stopped using the Jooble service
• Process and analyze information, make decisions based on obtained data, and monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs for effective customer service strategies
