Requirements

• Verdant command of Croatian language at level V2 or above
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian language
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients in written and verbal forms
• Empathy and ability to understand and help clients resolve their issues
• Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
• Desire to learn and develop in the field of customer service

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide support and guidance to clients regarding product offerings
• Assist clients in the recruitment process using Jooble's services
• Create positive client experiences when working with Jooble
• Analyze market, competition, and client needs to develop effective strategies for client support
