Summary

Work remotely from anywhere in Europe, ideally Italy, and be part of a passionate Customer Success team focused on customer retention and expansion. Requirements
- Initial experience as a Customer Development Representative, Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
- A hands-on and self-reliant approach to work
- A hunter mindset with the ability to engage and win over new stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English, Italian & French
Responsibilities
- Be part of a passionate Customer Success Management team that ensures the retention and expansion of our customer portfolio
- Actively research and identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within our existing customer base
- Initiate contact with new stakeholders through targeted outreach and effectively communicate the value of our solutions
- In consultative discussions, identify the needs and challenges of stakeholders and continuously improve our outreach tools (e.g., playbooks and best practices)
- Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and become a reliable advisor for growth opportunities
- Together with the KAM and CSM teams, develop growth strategies and share valuable insights from your research
- Assist in creating tailored proposals that offer real value to our customers
