Requirements

  • Initial experience as a Customer Development Representative, Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • A hands-on and self-reliant approach to work
  • A hunter mindset with the ability to engage and win over new stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English, Italian & French

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a passionate Customer Success Management team that ensures the retention and expansion of our customer portfolio
  • Actively research and identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Initiate contact with new stakeholders through targeted outreach and effectively communicate the value of our solutions
  • In consultative discussions, identify the needs and challenges of stakeholders and continuously improve our outreach tools (e.g., playbooks and best practices)
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and become a reliable advisor for growth opportunities
  • Together with the KAM and CSM teams, develop growth strategies and share valuable insights from your research
  • Assist in creating tailored proposals that offer real value to our customers
