Requirements
- Previous experience in a Sales Development Representative role, or in telemarketing, sales, retail sales, recruitment (agency side), or real estate, with a proven track record of delivering results and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers within the UK financial services sector through online research
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and personalised LinkedIn messages with a goal to generate interest and schedule an introductory call with the Sales team
- Communication: Understand prospectsβ needs and challenges, and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of Voyc
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads, provide detailed insights gathered during the prospecting phase, and ensure a seamless transition throughout the sales process
- Reporting: Be responsible for daily activity targets and weekly KPI targets (number of scheduled introductory calls). Report on your progress towards the targets
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or the financial services sector is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the UK or US market is a plus
