Responsibilities

  • Client success ownership: Take full responsibility for the success of your clients with Pactum, ensuring they achieve their organizational goals and maximize the productโ€™s value
  • Client relationship management: Serve as the primary point of contact within the clientโ€™s organization, working closely with Account Executives to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lifecycle management: Lead engagements from implementation through the entire customer lifecycle, setting and managing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of initiatives
  • Engagement and adoption: Drive product usage and engagement through regular interactions with stakeholders and end-users
  • Business understanding: Gain a deep understanding of the clientโ€™s business, including their procurement tech stack and operational processes
  • Feedback loop: Ensure a continuous feedback loop to the Product team to drive improvements and enhancements
  • Project leadership: Lead small cross-functional project teams during deployment and live stages, making daily decisions to ensure project success
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on the status of various client initiatives
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver the best possible negotiation solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer success expert: You have experience in Customer Success roles within SaaS companies offering complex and impactful products
  • Procurement Industry experience :. You are knowledgeable in procurement, supply chain management, business processes, or finance. Previous experience in negotiating agreements is a plus
  • Proactive problem-solver:. You excel at identifying challenges and tackling them head-on
  • Master of organization:. You handle multiple responsibilities with ease and precision and love getting things done
  • Effective communicator:. You articulate ideas clearly and empathetically, adapting to different environments
  • Corporate connoisseur:. You have extensive experience working with large enterprises, navigating complex organizational structures, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Expert project juggler:. You thrive in dynamic environments, juggling multiple projects at once with great attention to detail
  • Tech savvy:. You are proficient with technology and eager to learn new tools and systems
