Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or campaign management, with a focus on expansion marketing
• Proven success in driving revenue growth from existing customer bases in the SaaS space
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, digital, events, and ABM (account-based marketing)
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for success

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a customer marketing program strategy to meet and exceed our customer pipeline and revenue targets
• Partner with demand gen, product marketing and content teams to create customer marketing content aligned to our value-based message
• Measure and report on the success of customer campaign performance
• Build our customer reference program, from strategy to processes to systems
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success and product team members to design and implement enterprise grade end-to-end campaigns
• Develop, manage, and deliver annual customer marketing calendar globally focused on our enterprise SaaS based quality solution
