Summary

Job Description: Apply for a Customer Service Agent position at PeopleCert., a global leader in assessment and certification of professional skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline will be an asset
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position/function
  • Excellent command of the English and Polish language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
  • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Well organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries according to performance and service standards
  • Answer queries within set KPI standards
  • Deal with complaints and inquiries according to set procedures and guidelines
  • Monitor, delegate, and answer all queues from inbound requests within set KPI standards
  • Train and coordinate new partners’ and customers’ on-boarding according to the standards set by international business units
  • Ensure a secure and orderly working environment during all shifts and adhere to dress code standards
  • Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams
  • Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities

Preferred Qualifications

Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage
