Summary

Floral Image North America is seeking a highly motivated and positive Contract Service Representative to join their team. The role involves supporting the wider sales effort through driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding the customer base. This position is fully remote with travel in the San Jose region, and offers training, full support, and specific skills training.

Requirements

• Minimum High School/GED Degree
• Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Understand customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction level
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales techniques
• Utilize various channels, market research, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to generate leads and convert them into sales
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Work with TSM to negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms of sale
• Identify opportunities for business expansion within your assigned territory
