Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related roles such as Customer Service and Sales Representative from any industry
• Proficient verbal communication abilities are required
• The candidate must be competent and proficient in using technology
• The candidate must have the ability to manage escalation over a phone call
• The candidate must be willing and amenable to handle volume calls
• The candidate must have own equipment and a reliable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Handle all verbal communication for the company including any incoming or outgoing service calls to members involving account issues
• Help members with billing related inquiries, account cancellations and customer retention
• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve any conflicts or issues that arise particularly related to billing inquiries

Preferred Qualifications

• A candidate with background from handling billing and retention is a plus
• A candidate with an experience in Ring Central is an advantage
