Customer Solutions Associate in Nigeria

Summary

Branch delivers financial services to the mobile generation with offices in the US, Nigeria, Kenya, and India. The company is mission-driven and has garnered over $100M in funding. Ideal candidates will provide an inspiring experience for customers, be flexible with scheduling, and have a first degree, proficient typing speed, excellent communication skills, 0-2 years customer service experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of a first degree
• Proficient typing speed (ideally above 45 wpm)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• 0-2 years of customer service experience in a startup is an added advantage
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and analytical skills
• You are highly entrepreneurial. You take the initiative to solve problems before they arise
• You are a great collaborator. You listen to others, speak your mind, and ask the right questions

Responsibilities

• Delivering efficient, friendly responses to customer inquiries and building the brand via text-based chat platform
• Responding to customer inquiries via Social Media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, E-mail, Instagram & Google Play
• Escalating customer feedback and IT issues to help improve the product
