Summary

The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with medical association partners, guiding them through onboarding and training, providing strategic planning and product support, analyzing data and reporting, and ensuring renewals. The required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, natural curiosity, attention to detail, organizational skills, strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and passion for healthcare. Preferred requirements include 1-3 years’ experience in SaaS customer success.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical association partners
• Guide partners through the onboarding process
• Provide comprehensive training sessions to familiarize medical association staff and leadership with the DocMatter platform
• Collaborate with medical association partner’s staff and leadership to understand their goals and challenges
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to partners
• Utilize data analytics tools to track partner’s usage patterns and performance metrics
• Gather feedback from partners regarding their experience with DocMatter products and services
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to medical associations

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years’ experience in SaaS customer success
