Emerging Travel Group is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their Service Support Team. The candidate should have Upper Intermediate level English skills, be results-focused, stress-resistant, multi-tasking, empathetic, responsible, and careful. The role involves handling client and partner requests for booking cancellations or changes, communicating with hotels and suppliers, and recording information in the CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients and partners to handle requests to cancel or change bookings
• Communication with hotels and suppliers
• Recording information in the CRM system about work done
