Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Data Operations, Data Analytics, or similar customer-focused data-centric background
• 1-2+ years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data within the organization to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Maintain the integrity of internal brand and creator data and communicate high-level learnings to the larger team
• Manage a small team of Data Operations associates and specialists, overseeing and prioritizing projects
• Own end-to-end brand database management and expansion
• Collaborate with the Product team as needed to surface most common requests in-platform

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL and GraphQL is ideal
