The company is looking for a Data Researcher and Analyst to conduct research, identify operational issues, improve team processes, document changes, and engage with cross-functional teams. • Engage with our users through proactive outreach via phone and email

Responsibilities

• Conduct data research to solve problems that directly impact the company’s growth
• Identify operational issues through data analysis, leveraging global analytics and actionable data-driven insights
• Engage in the continuous improvement of team processes, by identifying gaps and suggesting areas for improvement
• Document process changes and learnings for overall team improvement and new hire training
• Meet with cross-functional teams to influence product improvements utilizing data findings

Preferred Qualifications

• Came from a SAAS background
• Have experience in FinTech, Banking or Lending
