Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing or a related discipline, MBA a plus
- 4-6 years of marketing experience in demand generation, paid digital marketing, or integrated campaign development
- Hands-on experience running a variety of demand generation approaches and channels; deep expertise in digital/paid advertising
- Data-driven and analytical approach to making business decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak clearly and knowledgeably to a diverse range of audiences
Responsibilities
- Define demand generation strategy and approaches, in close collaboration with partners across the go-to-market teams
- Lead the design, execution, and implementation of demand generation campaigns that increase engagement and opportunity creation within target market segments
- Manage and monitor the flow of leads from marketing to sales in partnership with marketing operations
- Manage legal process for new marketing program contracts
- Plan budget and conduct ongoing budget reconciliations; monitor spend and suggest areas of improvement/investment
- Own campaign creation and launch with Marketing Ops – ensure proper campaign scoring, QA and reporting
- Lead and optimize our external marketing agencies as an extension of our internal team
- Partner with the sales team to define and implement processes for MQL follow-up
- Work with marketing operations to measure and report on performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals
- Identify trends and insights from our data, and then optimize spend and performance based on your findings
- Partner with our Account Management and Customer Success teams to support expansion initiatives
