Summary

Join Kinsta as a Demand Generation Lead and generate a consistent flow of qualified leads in support of our revenue goals. Collaborate with various teams to design, implement, and manage campaigns aimed at delivering high-quality leads for our Marketing and Sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Demand Generation role
  • Extensive experience in generating leads from paid channels (PPC, display ads, and paid social media), orchestrating campaigns for lead gen, and managing large budgets effectively
  • Proven track record of delivering successful demand generation campaigns that had a measurable impact on lead volume and business growth
  • Experienced in go-to-market strategic planning and execution through multi-channel distribution
  • Near-native proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaign strategies (PPC, display, social media, etc)
  • Incorporate third-party lead generation partners into the overall lead generation strategy
  • Develop strategies to improve lead generation performance
  • Manage the implementation of lead capture triggers and materials such as advertisement graphics, ebooks, white papers, etc
  • Continuously measure and report on the performance of lead generation strategies and acquisition channels
  • Work closely with the Sales and RevOps to gain a deep understanding of target lead profiles, and adjust lead generation strategies to focus on these profiles whilst ensuring alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes
  • Deliver quality leads to our Sales team for further development and conversion
  • Collaborate with the Editorial team to develop social media strategies focused on increasing brand awareness and engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have direct experience working in the hosting space
  • Have strong copywriting skills
