Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven industries
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that deliver measurable results and drive revenue growth
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, provide actionable insights, and optimize campaigns
  • Knowledge of key digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and content syndication
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, and experience in managing lead-to-opportunity conversion processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive leads and pipeline growth across various channels, including email, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, webinars, content syndication, and new advertising platforms
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure a smooth flow of leads through the funnel
  • Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook to ensure a high ROI
  • Drive the creation of marketing assets, including landing pages, email templates, ad creatives, and case studies to support lead generation efforts
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, optimizing efforts to maximize lead quality and volume
  • Manage marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs using platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to convert leads into opportunities
  • Optimize the website for lead generation through SEO best practices, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
  • Collaborate with content marketing to create thought leadership assets (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that attract prospects and generate demand
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners and agencies to scale demand generation efforts
  • Work closely with the sales team to implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing campaigns and target accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS products and technology platforms
  • Knowledge of the data industry and data-driven marketing
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
