Join Journey Clinical, a healthtech company transforming mental health care, as their Demand Generation/Growth Marketing Leader. You will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition for both therapists and patients. This role involves designing, executing, and optimizing growth strategies across various paid and organic channels. You will focus on performance marketing, growth experimentation, and product-led growth to increase access to psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. The ideal candidate possesses 5-10 years of experience in growth marketing within early-stage startups, expertise in performance marketing and experimentation, and a proven track record of success in leveraging organic growth channels. This is a mission-driven role in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in growth marketing, with expertise across performance marketing and growth experimentation testing new channels and scaling existing channels in VC backed early stage startups
  • Proven track record managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
  • Deep experience in funnel optimization, go-to-market experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page design/ testing
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging organic growth channels such as community, referrals, and partnerships to drive customer acquisition
  • Strong ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-informed decisions to improve campaign performance
  • Growth-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, enjoy being a doer

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute growth experiments across the marketing funnel, including go-to-market strategies, funnel conversion optimization, and landing page testing
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to create high-converting landing pages and compelling marketing assets
  • Build and refine customer journeys to improve engagement and maximize conversions
  • Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across key paid channels, including Meta and Google Ads via an agency
  • Explore and test additional paid channels (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn) to expand acquisition reach
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize for efficiency and scalability
  • Identify and leverage organic growth levers such as SEO, blog and partnerships to drive acquisition
  • Collaborate with the product team to optimize referral programs and community-driven growth initiatives
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to uncover opportunities for organic growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional platforms like TikTok
  • Prior experience doing patient acquisition with insurance
