Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, running multi-channel campaigns that drive growth
- Obsessed with data, insights, and A/B testing to optimize performance
- Crafts high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and outreach messages that engage and convert
- Able to define big-picture strategies while executing and optimizing campaigns for results
- Skilled at balancing paid, organic, and outbound tactics to generate demand
- Works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive aligned strategies
- 3+ years of proven track record of leading demand generation campaigns in a SaaS startup or scale-up
- Experience scaling inbound marketing through paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content
- Strong understanding of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
- Expertise in paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Data analysis and conversion rate optimization skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert high-value prospects
- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to target and accelerate key accounts
- Create compelling marketing assetsβ landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives βto support inbound and outbound efforts
- Own our paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels
- Optimize budgets, audience targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI and pipeline growth
- Run continuous A/B testing on messaging, landing pages, and segmentation to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales to develop outbound prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth
- Create and implement personalized outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other engagement platforms
- Use scalable tools and processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining hyper-personalized outreach
- Maximize every lead through a mix of email, paid retargeting, and automation to keep prospects engaged
- Implement engagement-triggered follow-ups to reach the right prospects at the right time
- Leverage marketing automation and sales intelligence tools to identify and act on real-time intent signals
- Measure campaign impact on pipeline and revenue, ensuring marketing spend drives business growth
- Experiment with new channels, strategies, and audience segments to unlock untapped opportunities
- Optimize conversion funnels and continuously refine approaches to scale impact efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using sales intelligence and outreach tools (We use ZoomInfo, Clay, and Lemlist)
