Summary

Join Electric's Marketing Team as a Demand Generation Manager to build and scale demand creation and pipeline conversion programs. You will lead demand generation programs from ideation to execution, developing and implementing strategies and campaigns to drive qualified leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, design test plans to optimize lead conversion, and analyze campaign performance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in demand generation, and excellent communication and project management skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing with a focus on B2B or SaaS
  • Experience in building demand gen programs for start-ups with $5MM- $20MM revenue
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Copywriting and attention to detail
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to present marketing plans clearly, drive alignment and urgency cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Lead demand generation programs from ideation to execution to reporting
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive qualified leads to sales team
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Data Science
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of lead conversion and revenue including identifying new B2B channels
  • Analyze campaigns performance and continually optimize for efficiency
  • Partner with cross functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Data Science
