Requirements
- Proven success in B2B SaaS demand generation
- Proficient in a marketing automation platform, specifically Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and optimizing campaign performance through data insights
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Passion for testing new strategies, tools, and methods to stay ahead of market trends
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Campaigns: Strategically plan, execute, and manage demand generation efforts, including email campaigns, webinars, digital advertising, ABX strategies, and more
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and revops teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and lead quality
- Performance Monitoring: Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics etc
- Funnel Optimization: Identify gaps and opportunities at each stage of the marketing funnel and implement strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Innovative Testing: Experiment across channels, audiences, and messaging to refine tactics and uncover growth opportunities
- Event Marketing: Oversee demand generation efforts for virtual and in-person events, ensuring strong alignment with broader marketing and sales goals
- Content Creation and Collaboration: Create high-performing marketing assets, including landing pages and performance marketing assets, while collaborating with internal teams and content partners to ensure alignment and consistency with overall marketing strategies
- Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and platforms to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts
